3 Habits That Will Make You Smarter Proven Ways To Improve Intelligence


Hey guys this is Max from BePrimo. I want to teach you three habits that you can start today to make yourself smarter. The first is read books. Read mostly non fiction books. I recommend reading book about Self Improvement, People/Relationships, and anything non-fiction (history, science, food, etc).



Next, exercise. Exercise is linked with neurogenesis, which is the production of new brain cells and increased BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor- the “miracle gro” for the brain). Additionally, it’s associated with lowering your stress. It helps you adjust and prevent your mood from impacting your day too strongly.
