I recommend reading book about Self Improvement, People/Relationships, and anything non-fiction (history, science, food, etc). Next, exercise. Exercise is linked with neurogenesis, which is the production of new brain cells and increased BDNF (Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor- the “miracle gro” for the brain).
